“ Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. My approach is warm, empathetic, and trauma-informed, creating a safe space where you feel heard and understood. I tailor therapy to your unique needs, bringing authenticity, and a deep commitment to meeting you where you are.

I specialize in helping ages 10 and up, facing anxiety, depression, life changes, trauma, addiction, and relationship struggles. Together, we’ll build skills to manage emotions, break unhealthy patterns, and navigate discomfort in a way that supports your growth.”
